Event Production Planning

We have many years of experience in planning events and recognise the potential pitfalls and most importantly avoid them right at the beginning.

Once we have an event concept which includes identifying the aims and objectives of the event and the key features in terms of look and feel, design, colour, style, and theme. We can start to develop a pre-production plan.

This will include the key components of lighting, AV, furnishings, focal points, staging, draping backdrops set, bars, detail pieces and so on. We then look at how this can be achieved within the constraints of the physical environment, budget, and time and resource availability.

We can help with Supplier identification because we have worked with them all. We know what they can do and we know what they already carry in stock and of course our relationship with them can help in the negotiation of the best possible price.

Finally we draw up a full Schedule for pre-production and post-production using critical path analysis and a detailed Schedule for installation.

“I’ve worked with Clive for years on a variety of creative, logistically challenging and bespoke events. He has the ability to turn what can seem like an impossible brief into reality with what seems like ease. I have complete faith in Clive and trust him implicitly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.”
